Midway Realty Company began as the commercial division of University Realty Inc., an Austin-based property management firm. Originally established in 1994 to manage student housing properties in West Campus, University Realty swiftly expanded its scope and expertise to manage 600+ properties including an extensive portfolio of commercial properties in central Texas.
